Our Story
Faith Community Church was founded in 1994 in the living rooms of dedicated Christ-followers. Committed to building a church on solid Biblical teaching and forming a grace-filled community, Faith grew through the years in living rooms, rental spaces, and now to our own building in Crestline, Ohio.
Dr. Phil Leineweber
Lead Pastor
Phil began serving at Faith in June of 2026. He is married to Sarah and together they have three boys. He is passionate about Biblical preaching, discipleship, apologetics, and going on a run or playing some pick-up soccer.

Bill and Carla helped found Faith as God's clear leading through His people in 1994. Bill loves studying and teaching God's Word and has never lost his wonder of the gospel of Jesus Christ.
