Our Story
Faith Community Church was founded in 1994 in the living rooms of dedicated Christ-followers. Committed to building a church on solid Biblical teaching and forming a grace-filled community, Faith grew through the years in living rooms, rental spaces, and now to our own building in Crestline, Ohio.
Dr. Phil Leineweber
Lead Pastor
Phil began serving at Faith in June of 2026. He is married to Sarah and together they have three boys. He is passionate about Biblical preaching, discipleship, apologetics, and going on a run or playing some pick-up soccer.

Bill and Carla Fox founded Faith Community Church following God's clear leading through His people in 1994. Bill loves studying and teaching God's Word and has never lost his wonder of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are community-driven. We regularly meet for prayer, fellowship, worship, and discipleship. We resist individualism by embracing community with one another.

Because Christ freely gave, we give generously; because he took on the nature of a servant we live as servants. We selflessly share our time, treasure, and talents for the good of others and the body. We resist consumerism by embracing loving service to one another.

We are sent on mission. Multiplication is the ultimate sign of health. We proclaim the gospel and make disciples locally and globally. We will judge success not based upon our seating capacity but our sending capacity. We resist tribalism by seeking to make disciples of every tribe, tongue, and nation.

We were created for God’s glory! We want to make Jesus’ name famous, not just our church, our brand, or a specific leader. We resist humanism by embracing the reality that this is God's story and we exist for Him.
